Disambiguation link notification for March 28
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of foreign films set in Japan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jack O'Connell. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:02, 28 March 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that your recent edit to Sweden did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! —DIYeditor (talk) 19:42, 30 May 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for updating Slovakia's global passport rank. Just as a reminder for when you update from an online citation, it's recommended that you update the |access-date= parameter to when you viewed the online version. (See here) I've already verified and updated it myself :) FutureFlowsLoveYou (talk) 09:38, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! WikiPate (talk) 20:12, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
Encyclo-P-D
[edit]Got your back on this one, the guy seems to have decided to enrage just about everyone involved haha Øksfjord (talk) 21:26, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
- Evidence of WP:HARASS Encylo-P-D (talk) 21:31, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
- You are reported Encylo-P-D, next time dont start edit war and before any important edit star to solve things on talk page. Dasomm (talk) 21:33, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
- I very much doubt this counts as an evidence of harassment. That would be a specified collusion to commit ourselves to offensive behaviour (either direct rudeness or other uncivil behaviours - see the page), which both Dasomm and I abstain from. Øksfjord (talk) 21:35, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
- “someone else who finds them exasperating.” Encylo-P-D (talk) 21:38, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
- To exasperate - to cause irritation or annoyance to. See Merriam-Webster. I sense no offensive connotation. Øksfjord (talk) 21:42, 9 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at List of Studio Ghibli works, you may be blocked from editing. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 17:15, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
- @TechnoSquirrel69: Please educate yourself and find out what means co-production, link If you dont have enough information about Studio Ghibli and filmmaking, you should not edit the article. Ghost in the Shell 2 is also co-production and it is not part of Ghibli Feature films in the article about Studio Ghibli. Dasomm (talk) 17:48, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at List of defunct airlines of Spain. Jetstreamer Talk 22:30, 30 May 2024 (UTC)
- If you read article of that airlines, you can see, the airlines are defunct, so they belong to List of defunct airlines of Spain :) But if you want to keep the list without these information, its not my problem. Dasomm (talk) 22:31, 30 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Your recent editing history at List of IIHF World Championship medalists shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Slovak buildings
[edit]Hello. Thank you for your help with the Slovak building articles I've been recently working on. I wanted to ask you if you know someone who can upload a picture of the Klingerka building on Wikimedia Commons. I can start the article right away and a depiction is really needed there. Thank you very much! JeyReydar97 (talk) 11:27, 20 September 2024 (UTC)
- @JeyReydar97: Hi, I will be in Bratislava next month, I can take photo of Klingerka and also some other buildings without photo. Thank you for that articles, you doing good job! Dasomm (talk) 11:31, 20 September 2024 (UTC)
- I found Klingerka photo on my phone, it is on Wikimedia Commons now. Dasomm (talk) 21:38, 20 September 2024 (UTC)
- Saw it just now. Thanks. But be careful with the uploading policies and public domain attribution licenses. Many photos who are not under the right free share license can be immediately deleted by admins. JeyReydar97 (talk) 22:54, 20 September 2024 (UTC)
- These are my own, dont worry. Dasomm (talk) 22:56, 20 September 2024 (UTC)
- If you have the possibility, you can also upload photos of the Sky Park Towers. People seem to not understand that there are in fact four look-alike built towers instead of three (talking about the 105 m ones). JeyReydar97 (talk) 19:22, 21 September 2024 (UTC)
- Ok, I will try next month, btw, if you will make article about it, Sky Park is offical name only for building 1-4, official english name Sky Park Tower (including word tower) is used only for the 5th largest building, which is under construction. https://skypark.sk/sk, https://www.skyparktower.sk/ Dasomm (talk) 19:36, 21 September 2024 (UTC)
- Yes, I am currently working on it. I created a table of buildings. You can check them out when it's ready. JeyReydar97 (talk) 19:56, 21 September 2024 (UTC)

VÚB Centrála image
[edit]Hi again. Do you have a better picture of the VÚB Centrála you can upload? I am currently working on the article and I don't like any of its already uploaded pictures. Thanks! JeyReydar97 (talk) 14:21, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Hi, no, nothing right now, but later I will upload it. Dasomm (talk) 15:44, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you very much. One more thing. Can you please help me out with looking for publications about the VÚB Centrála building in the Slovak language? There is some random attention seeker who almost senselessly tagged the article with a "may not meet notability guidelines" tag. I tried to find some refs but I couldn't find more than 4 articles which directly mention and describe the building. Can you find more of them but in your language? I assume you are a Slovak. Thanks! JeyReydar97 (talk) 21:25, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, I am Slovak, well, there is not many information about this building on the internet:

VUB building at Slovak Chamber of Architects
VUB building at Atelier of Architecture, website of VUB architect Ján Bahna
VUB building some other article about the building. Dasomm (talk) 21:52, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for taking your time on them. Unfortunately only the last link you pointed above is the only one I've not included into the article. I'll make a deeper research tomorrow. Thank you again for all your help! JeyReydar97 (talk) 22:02, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
copying within Wikipedia
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved content from Pine Gap into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content (here or elsewhere), Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. List of countries with overseas military bases -- mikeblas (talk) 21:53, 22 September 2024 (UTC)

Deletion discussion of 8 Clearwater Bay Road
[edit]Hi again. I need a little help. There's an ongoing deletion discussion for one of the skyscraper articles I've recently created. The nominator tagged the article with a deletion notice over lack of resources, but another user expanded the article and proved there is enough coverage to keep it on the mainspace. The discussion have since narrowed down to a clearer consensus. Can you please take a look at the discussion here and maybe help out to give a vote in order keep the article? Thanks as always! Recent edit reversion
[edit]In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.
I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. ~~~~ S Philbrick(Talk) 13:28, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- I realize my rollback must be discouraging, as you made quite a number of consecutive edits. One of those edits this one clearly included material from this site. Some editors a surprise that when one edit in a sequence of edits is problematic, that the "remedy" will back of the entire sequence rather than surgical removal of the narrowly defined issue, but it is Wikipedia practice when encountering a clear copyright violation as part of the sequence of edits to do rollback of the entire sequence. Let me know if you feel certain that all of your other edits were written in your own words. If so, perhaps we can investigate and see a different approach is appropriate. S Philbrick(Talk) 13:34, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- I will change few sentences to my own words. Dasomm (talk) 14:06, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
