Thank you for updating the population of many cities. My concern with Litchfield, New Hampshire and several other places is that you have added a 2019 population estimate, citing a source entitled "Annual Estimates of the Resident Population for Minor Civil Divisions: New Hampshire: April 1, 2010 to July 1, 2017". You are welcome to revert my edits, and include an updated source. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 10:54, 12 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

2020 populations

[edit]

Hi -- I am reverting your updates to New Hampshire town and county articles which are showing "2020" populations. At this point, the 2020 census figures have not been released for anything smaller than a state. If you have found a Census source saying "2020", it most likely was from their Population Estimate Evaluation files, which the Population Estimates Program will be comparing to the actual 2020 counts to refine their estimating procedures. The 2020 counts will be released in August and September as part of the Census' Redistricting Data files. Thanks for your efforts, but please wait to do any further updating until the redistricting data becomes available. --Ken Gallager (talk) 18:21, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
