Signing comments
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Yes, I always do that. I was in a hurry, sorry. Thank you. Panosgatto (talk) 12:10, 4 January 2019 (UTC)

[edit]I do not see anything requiring further action here. It would be a good thing if you accepted the apology offered and we can all move along. Remember also that tomorrow is Christmas eve on the old calendar. There is enough unpleasantness in the world. -Ad Orientem (talk) 17:37, 5 January 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Stop edit-warring at Panathinaikos B.C., which includes calling an admin disruptive in your edit summary, and Greek Basket League. One more revert at either article, and I'll block you.--Bbb23 (talk) 15:40, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- I personally asked for the protection of pages Panathinaikos B.C. and Greek Basket League, after tons of repeated DE atacks from vandals/hooligans of another team. YOU personally reverted their edits and proposed the protection of the pages too, and I thanked you for that, twice. User YugoBasket keeps vandalising Panathinaikos B.C. and Greek Basket League, I warned him twice on his talk page, and he immediately copied and pasted MY warnings to him, to MY talk page, regarding me! As you see, I don't have another option than taking this matter to the Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents, so the specific user gets blocked, and these two pages finally get protection from the tons of vandals of that kind.
- I also apologise for the revert of the admin and for calling him disruptive, but the attacks on these two pages are so many, that you just can't keep up. --Panosgatto (talk) 18:27, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- You are responsible for your own conduct. You have no justification for edit-warring. You can report users for conduct-related issues but not just because you disagree with them, which is a content dispute and needs to be resolved in the usual ways, which does not include reverting. I semi-protected those two pages myself. YugoBasket is auto-confirmed.--Bbb23 (talk) 18:31, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- But it's not a matter of disagreement. I keep adding references, not only from confirmed news sites, but also from the Official Website of the team as well (example below)
and the vandal army keeps deleting them. --Panosgatto (talk) 18:42, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- You don't listen. I've blocked you for 24h for edit-warring after my warning. See WP:GAB for your appeal rights.--Bbb23 (talk) 18:50, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- Yeah, ok, I accept that. But now you can tell whose edits are in good faith and who the true vandals are. I'm counting on you. Thank you. --Panosgatto (talk) 19:05, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
Adding non-notable names
[edit]Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:01, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- I personally apologise for reverting your edit. But, you see, there are tons of attacks on daily basis on Panathinaikos B.C. and Greek Basket League, that I can't keep up. I asked for protection for these two pages, because everyday tons of vandals and hooligans of a rival team, are DE-ing them. Three users have been blocked so far, regarding that matter, and as long as the pages don't get any protection, this number will continue to add up. --Panosgatto (talk) 18:33, 7 January 2019 (UTC)

[edit]{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Nthep (talk) 15:03, 1 February 2019 (UTC)When this block is over I expect to see discussion on the talk page before any more blind reverting of each others edits. Neither do I wish to see childish behaviour like cross-posting warnings on each others user talk pages. The number of trophies won by the club appears to be a genuine point for discussion and both asserting you are right and calling the other a vandal for disagreeing is not the way to resolve this. Repeated behaviour like that for which the block has been imposed will simply result in longer blocks. Nthep (talk) 15:15, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 22
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Panathinaikos B.C., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chris Singleton (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Sources needed for Days of the Year pages
[edit]You're probably not aware of this change, but Days of the Year pages are no longer exempt from WP:V and direct sources are required for additions. For details see the content guideline, the WikiProject Days of the Year style guide or the edit notice on any DOY page. Please do not add new additions to these pages without direct sources as the burden to provide them is on the editor who adds or restores material to these pages. Thank you.
