Walter Kraft

[edit]

Hi Respighi,

I noticed you recently created the article about Walter Kraft. I just wanted to inform you that you can post any new Germany-related articles at Portal:Germany/New article announcements and Portal:Germany/New articles. Happy editing--CarabinieriTTaallkk 11:40, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Gerhard Hüsch

[edit]

Hi Respighi,

Last year I wrote an article about Hüsch for a German online music encyclopedia. I am a musicologist. During my research I found Thomas Mann's diary notice saying that Hüsch was the finest "Winterreise" singer, although he had been "a big Nazi". So I tried to find out some facts about Hüsch's political role. What I found are recordings of two nationalist German songs Hüsch made in the early 1930s. On the other hand, his widow showed me the documents by the allied court ("Spruchkammer") who classified Hüsch as "not involved". So I am particularly interested in the story about Rosalind Schirach mentioned in your article. I have never heard anything about this relationship before. Could you please tell me the reference? G'day

I was a student of trad and mod philosophy at Sydney Uni in 1984. I learned so much from David Stove, wish I learned more, glad there are books. Best regards. Alastair Haines (talk) 09:05, 22 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Respighi! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 105 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. R. J. Stove - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 18:50, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to John Gorton. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. WWGB (talk) 11:49, 8 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thanks for your edits to Josef Rheinberger. However, please do not remove instances of {{See LMST}}, as you did there; that template provides an automated link to the list of music students by teacher, and I've put it back. Thanks! Graham87 09:59, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
