This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Naming of article

Hi Tokiokinder, I noticed that you have renamed the article Kokurikozaka kara (film) to From Up On Poppy Hill. However, I am puzzled as to the reason. The film is not released in any English-speaking countries previously, and hence, the Wikipedia policy does not apply. And its Japanese title is more commonly used in other websites.

I will like to revert the page to its original name and hope to gain your agreement. This might prevent confusion for readers of this page. If the film is released overseas in future, do feel free to change its title. Do not hesitate to contact me on my talk page if you have any queries.
