The result was merge to Operation Ocean Shield. Clear consensus that a standalone article is inappropriate, and a merger is required. No consensus on the target; I'm including Operation Ocean Shield in the closing statement only because XfDcloser will throw a fit otherwise. Vanamonde (Talk) 04:48, 20 January 2022 (UTC)

Non-notable "naval engagement". Yes, this occurred, but this incident with Somali pirates is not a notable "battle". Additionally, there is no long term significance of this event. As an ATD, could be merged into Operation Ocean Shield. Natg 19 (talk) 23:18, 12 January 2022 (UTC)

- Merge to USS Nicholas (FFG-47), unreferenced and not particularly notable. Mztourist (talk) 03:01, 13 January 2022 (UTC)
- Merge to Operation Enduring Freedom – Horn of Africa and perhaps also to the Ship. Not notable enough to need an article of its own. Peterkingiron (talk) 16:44, 13 January 2022 (UTC)
