Just spouting the names of policies and guidelines is not a rationale for deletion. You need to explain why you don't believe that the subject meets the requirements of those policies and guidelines. For example, have you looked for sources in the Armenian or Cyrillic alphabets, which would be far more likely to exist than sources in the Roman alphabet?
