On his own he is not notable. India is now a democracy with no more kingdoms and thus no more thrones to inherit. There is a claim of him being a titular ruler , but that means something like Queen of England and Emperor of japan, this person on the other hand has no such official title or power. Either way, In the case of J&K, the kingdom was handed over to India by the then king of kashmir in the 1950s, effectively stripping him and his descendants of royalty.
