 Comment: Not comfortable with edits such as this: Special:Diff/895812702. Meanwhile if the user decides to leave due to the history of conflicts, then there is a possibility the user is seeking to obfuscate their conduct issue and evade scrutiny (and I don't see the need to rename if the user is leaving anyways).
