  1. (transitive) To put into a bag.
    Shall I bag up your groceries for you, sir?
  2. (intransitive, slang, chiefly Delaware) To laugh heartily; crack up.
    I couldn’t get a sentence out straight; I was baggin' up.
  3. (slang, US) To be arrested or picked up by the police.
