Ĉar la kontribuoj de Malafaya aperas kiel tiuj de roboto mi donas al Malafaya robotan statuson. Se vi deziras havi apartan konton kiel homa kontribuanto, bonvolu krei du apartajn kontojn; unu havos la roboton statuson (estus konforme al la kutimo ke ĝia nomo entenu la silabon "Bot" - vidu je robotoj) kaj alian kiun vi povus uzi por personaj redaktoj. Sobre o robô

Saudações, kara! Foi apenas uma observação, porque seu robô é muito útil. Mais do que aqueles que cuidam dos ligiloj entre wikipédias, porque muitas vezes são ligações erradas, que devemos corrigir (p. ex., há cidades com nomes de escritores e há ligações entre wikipédias do artigo de uma cidade ao de um escritor e vice-versa!).

Ah, sim, um segundo motivo que me instigou a escrever na diskutpaĝo de seu robô foi o fato de a página em si estar em branco (verdire, ruĝa! :-)). É que as páginas de discussão em branco em incomodam um pouco, porque cada página de discussão ativa conta a favor da wikipédia na medidade de "profundidade" (depth ou fidindeco), segundo uma estatística que já já procuro para te mostrar.

A propósito, Malafaya, já que entendes de robô, não seria possível criar um robô que ativasse toda página de discussão? P. ex., com o seguinte texto:

Esta é a página para discussão sobre [[nome do artigo]]. Para inserir um novo tópico, clique [[aqui]] ou sobre guia (+) no topo da página. Para participar de discussões em andamento, edite o tópico em questão.

Em esperanto, teríamos:

Tio ĉi estas paĝo por diskuto pri [[titolo de la artikolo]]. Por komencigi novan temon, klaku [[ĉi tie]] aŭ sur la signo (+) supre de la paĝo. Por partopreni je diskuto jam ekzistanta, redaktu la temon pridiskutata.

Broken redirects

Well, I just deleted (and polished) several of them, but there are probably about 100 left. I will continue to drain these off. Thanks for the heads up. Ironically, I think most of them stemmed from deletions on my part, plu errors from a misprogrammed bot. ;-) -- Yekrats 19:59, 23. Jan 2008 (UTC)

Just FYI, I think some of the bot mistakes might have come from MalfayaBot (vidu: http://eo.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Steindorf&action=history ) You might be a bit careful in the future that the tags to create a special Esperanto character (like cx -> ĉ) does not produce messed up text and a bad redirect ("cx" instead of "ĉ"). Flago-de-....svg

Dear "Malafaya",

Your robot is erasing svg-images of national flags with Esperanto image names from the Esperanto Wikipedia and replace it with (similar or in some cases same) svg-images with English image names from the Wikimedia-Commons.

That may look sensible, but it is not:

The writers of the Esperanto-Wikipedia decided to have the images of all national flags with image-names in their language, because these images are very often used, don't change in appearance every day, and it's annoying to look up the English name of a nation every time you need to type the image-name of a flag. Furthermore there are templates in the Esperanto-Wikipedia like eo:Template:flagicon which turn a country name, like "Kartvelio" (in English "Georgia (country)"), automaticly into a flag-name like "Flago-de-Kartvelio.svg".

Nothing against the english-named flag-images in the Wikimedia-Commons, but please don't destroy the esperanto-named flag-images in the Esperanto-Wikipedia - just leave them as they are.

Hi, Aidas. It was not my bot, it was myself :). I was doing a conversion of images that Vikipediisto:Siebrand and Vikipediisto:Yekrats had started. I myself didn't delete any images also because I don't have such privileges. I decided to help a bit. But I'm not working on that anymore. I won't be changing anything else.
