Q:
¿Esto suena natural? The wizard froze the tanks stuck in the middle of the ground.
A:
@devout7 ah good question!! Honestly the really strange thing is the use of stuck. English doesn't really use this formula of "agent verb object adjective"
"He warmed the soup hot"
"He hit the ball far" (exception)
"She shut the door closed"
"She dragged the man sore"
all of these are to varying degrees quite awkward in English. The first sentence is very awkward, the second is good because far is also an adverb, the last two are strange. It would be better to say
"He warmed the soup until it was hot"
"She closed the door"
"She dragged the man so he was sore"
Otherwise your sentence and your use of froze are perfectly natural
"The wizards froze the tanks in the middle of the ground"
(Does that make sense, please ask any follow up questions you like 😁!)

Q:
¿Esto suena natural? The wizard spelled a trick on the tanks not to move forward anymore.
A:
@devout7 Hmm, it sounds a little weird to say "cast" a trick. Tricks are usually performed, but (I don't know the context) if this is a serious wizard, tricks (in the magical sense) are usually used by real life magicians because they're not using magic, they're *tricking* the audience into thinking it's magic. Also tricks are usually *performed*
