1 hour easy swim workout for swimmers, I did this today to start getting back into shape. Took exactly an hour so I had some short breaks in between sets. I wore a rashee (sun shirt) for drag as well. Felt tired but great at the end. Very refreshing! i plan to work up to longer and more intense workouts. Great fun!
