🛌Remember the 5-5-5 Rule:

✅5 days IN the bed.

✅5 days ON the bed.

✅5 days AROUND the bed.

If this seems impossible, try 3-3-3.

❤️Do what you have to do to make this happen! It’s THAT important. 

🤗Take care of yourself so you can take care of the people that depend on you.
