I've been working on a custom order high-waisted double circular skirt. The first photo is the very top outer layer of the skirt. It is fully lined and under-stitched as seen in the 2nd photo. Just to give you more information, a double circular skirt means that the front is one full circle skirt and so is the back. So it is two circles in one skirt.
