Balance is something that I think most people stop working on as they get older. Balance is probably one of the most important things to work on! The better your balance, the stronger you are, and the less likely you are to fall.

This exercise is great because it works on balance on the stance leg and hip strength on the moving leg.

If you are a beginner, start without a band and without the blocks. The. You can add them in as you get stronger and your balance gets better.
