Many of us will be familiar with the Wheel of Life exercise, often used in conversations about work/life balance and preventing or coping with feelings of overwhelm. As a career consultant I have often used this activity with clients to help them identify where there might be areas that are “off balance”, the activity providing a snapshot of their wellbeing and the level of satisfaction they feel in each area of their lives. #worklifebalance #careerdevelopment
