Preheat the oven to 240C. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and mix with a spatula until smooth.  2. Add the sugar and mix until well combined. 3. Sift the cocoa powder and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Add vanilla and salt. 4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.  5. Melt the chocolate in a separate bowl and pour into the batter.  6. Heat the whipping cream to about 50C (warm) and add to the batter in three times, mixing well after
