Handprint Quilt

A collaborative quilt is a creative way for children to work together! The children made group quilts for our continuing celebration of the Indiana State Fair. As I walked into this classroom, I observed the children all gathered around something, so I had to take a closer look to see what all the hub-bub was about.

The beginning of another school year is upon us, and so far my little ones have enjoyed lots of painting projects! This was one of their favorites – a way for us to introduce colors, make a fun collaborative work of art, and get messy with some paint! OK, so I know it’s not really a “quilt,” but we can pretend!
