Can’t you just smell that 😋? A cut up a half bushel of tomatoes last night and filled a large roaster. To that, I added about 3 cups of chopped onions, a cup and a half of fresh basil, a cup of fresh oregano, minced garlic, canning salt, and black pepper. I turned it to 200F and left the cover on. It cooked all night. I woke to the smell of beautiful sauce. I guarantee my kids will say it smells like pizza. It’s going to cook with the lid ajar all day while I teach. I upped it to 250 F...
