Serve them for brunch, lunch, dinner, as a snack... any time of the day 😋.  Recipe: 🧈 Slice 2 crumpets in half. 🧄 Spread the base of the crumpets with garlic butter, then add 10g grated mozzarella. 🧀 Place the other half of the crumpets on top, then spread with garlic butter and top with another 10g mozzarella. 🧈 Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 8-10 mins or until the crumpets are crispy and mozzarella has melted. 🧄 Serve & devour. Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 2 Tsp
Chilli Paste - 1 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
Corn Flour Slurry
Water - 1/4 Cup
Spring Onion Whits - 1 Tbsp
Spring Onion Greens
Coriander Leaves

Method:

1. Cut off the edges and cut the bread slices into small  equal sized pieces.
