-Ingredients-
3lbs ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons steak king
¼ Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 tablespoon pepper
Salt (optional)

The Gravy
4 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup flour
2 c water
1/2 beef bouillon packet
Pepper to taste

-Instructions-
To make beef and gravy, you will need a large bowl to mix the ingredients together. In the bowl, add in the beef, onions, minced garlic, minced onions, steak king, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and pepper. Mix it all together until well combined. Then, take a hand full of the beef mixture and roll it out into a patty. Place the patty on a baking sheet and repeat the process until all the mixture is used.
