Details: 2 of 9" (23cm) squares of Pellon InsulFleece  1 of 9.5" (25cm) square quilting cotton  Several long strips of quilting cotton 1.5" (4cm) wide 1 small square of quilting cotton for the middle, mine was the little snowman, 2.25" (5.75cm) Optional but useful: odif 505 temporary adhesive and a walking foot. Seam allowance is 1/4" (6mm) I trimmed the QAYG front piece to 9.5" (25cm) to match the back piece. The fleece is intentionally shorter so that your seams are not too thick. . The co-worker of a friend asked me to make her ten Christmas pot holders. I decided they had better get made now or Christmas would come and go and they wouldn't be done. Out came my Christmas fabrics, batting, Insulbright and the sewing began. I had enough bits and pieces of Christmas fabrics that I didn't need to cut into yardage.
