Custom House and Waterfront House, Wherry Quay, Ipswich, England A view of Wherry Quay from Orwell Quay across the Wet Dock on the River Orwell. The Custom House was designed By JM Clark, 1844. Waterfront House is a 1990s conversion of a 19th century warehouse. Taken at 8am on Wednesday 29th November 2006.

Grade l Listed

Christchurch Mansion, Ipswich, Suffolk, UK, is a substantial Tudor brick mansion house, built c.1548. The Grade I listed building is located within Christchurch Park. Since 1885 it has been used as a museum and the rooms are preserved as past inhabitants would have known them, complete with original items such as furniture, fine clothing and children's toys. The museum also holds a collection of paintings by renowned local artists including John Constable and Thomas Gainsborough.

Christchurch Park, Ipswich, Suffolk, UK, is an historical area of rolling lawns, wooded areas, and arboreta close to the town centre and the town's first public park, opened in 1895. The formal gardens are planted with seasonal bedding displays, rose and shrub beds, an island herbaceous bed, formal carpet bedding and a large rockery. The Park is home to over 100 bird varieties including a large selection of ducks, geese and swans which inhabit the two large ponds.
