Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (or 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
