For some parts of the process I only got photos and not video so hopefully my explanations make sense! The trickiest part was getting the velour to lay flat on the hat. I glued it down over the face/snout area first and then folded/tucked/cut/glued as necessary to cover the rest of the hat. 

Materials: 
Baseball cap
Upholstery foam 
Quilt batting (not required) 
Velour fabric 
White/black/brown felt 
Pink fleece 
Polyfill stuffing for the nose 
Netting 
Hot glue/hot glue gun
