The TERES MINOR & INFRASPINATUS are on the back of your shoulder & are the two 2 major rotator cuff muscles responsible for shoulder EXTERNAL ROTATION.

When we have ROUNDED SHOULDERS, the muscles on our upper back & back of our shoulders are put on stretch which creates trigger points & pain.
