This is a wonderful way to teach kids about the eclipse🌗In honor of the Total Solar Eclipse, I am making Total Solar Eclipse Pies - with the sun on one side and the moon on the other. Are you going to watch (with glasses of course!) the Total Solar Eclipse tomorrow? 🌗INGREDIENTS: 12 store bought sugar cookies (I used Tate’s Lemon Cookies) ½ cup marshmallow fluff 8 oz chocolate chips 2 tbsp avocado oil (or other neutral oil) 🌗INSTRCUTIONS: Combine chocolate and oil and microwave in :30 intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Place about 1 tbsp of marshmallow fluff onto 6 cookies. Top marshmallow fluff with another cookie.
