The recipe is as follows: - 50 grams of flour - 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams of butter - 30 grams of egg white - teaspoon of mustard powder Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl or microblender. Spread the batter over your mold; we used our Hazel leaf mold. Once smoothed out, place the mold in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes. Remove while still hot; it’s an easy release.
