La Planta de Nivel y Flujo de Agua es un sistema compuesto por un circuito hidrulico y la

instrumentacin necesaria para efectuar el control del nivel del agua en el tanque superior.
El control lo debe hacer un PLC Micrologic 1500 y se debe realizar un pequeo
supervisorio con RSView, el cual debe contener como mnimo: Valor del Set point en el
formato XX,X cm, Lectura de la variable de proceso, Valor de la Histresis (si se usa control
ON-OFF).

El objetivo de la prctica es disear el sistema de control utilizando los elementos

disponibles. El diseo es libre y cada grupo deber hacer su propio diseo.

Pautas para el diseo:

1. Analice los elementos de la planta. Entienda bien como funciona cada uno de ellos.
En este documento aparece informacin sobre algunos elementos.
2. Determine qu tipo de control va a hacer: ON-OFF, P, PI, etc.
3. Determine cmo se deben conectar los elementos de la planta.

El trabajo debe ser sustentado ante el profesor y se debe elaborar un informe sobre el
trabajo realizado, el cual debe contener:

1. Diagrama circuital del sistema (este NO es un diagrama ISA). El diagrama pedido

debe mostrar las conexiones elctricas entre todos los elementos.
2. Tabla de la respuesta del sensor de nivel. Se debe determinar la(s) ecuacin(es) del
sensor: voltios vs nivel. (Es lineal?. Lineal a tramos?, etc.)
3. Diagrama de bloques del control implementado. Si se usa un control ON-OFF, se
debe presentar el Grafcet respectivo, con su correspondiente explicacin.
4. Una vista del mmico del supervisorio.
5. Resultados y conclusiones.
