RECOMENDACIONES DE ARRANQUE

1. Verificación del sentido de giro del motor:


El equipo suministrado ha sido probado en nuestras instalaciones antes de ser
despachado, debe realizarse la verificación de la conexión del motor de acuerdo al
voltaje con que sea alimentado. El arranque del motor debe ser directo y debe verificarse
que el sentido de giro se en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj (CW) viendo el motor
desde la parte superior (ventilador).
Si el sentido de giro no es el adecuado el equipo no generará flujo de aceite y por lo
tanto no funcionará.
2. Encendido del equipo:
El encendido del equipo, la primera vez, debe ser un encendido realizado en diferentes
etapas, una primera con un encendido rápido de 2 segundo y luego se debe apagar.
Un segundo encendido de 10 segundos y luego se debe apagar.
En el tercer encendido se puede dejar prendido y debe sonar el ruido característico de
una bomba hidráulica.

TEMPERATURA DE OPERACIÓN Y OTRAS RECOMENDACIONES

Se recomienda una temperatura de operación entre los 40° y 55° Celsius.

Una temperatura mayor puede producir degradación prematura del fluido hidráulico y los sellos
de los componentes. Las temperaturas por debajo generan problemas de eficiencia en la
bomba.
Se recomienda utilizar aceite hidráulico ISO VG 68.
El voltaje de control es de 110 VAC.

MANTENIMIENTO

A lo largo de la historia reciente se ha logrado demostrar la excelente durabilidad y confiabilidad


que entregan los equipos oleo-hidráulicos, no obstante, esto no es sinónimo de que sean
equipos libres de mantenimiento.

Para un correcto protocolo de mantenimiento se sugiere realizar las siguientes actividades de


acuerdo a la periodicidad propuesta:

SEMANALMENTE:

 Inspección general de fugas externas, tanto en sellos de válvulas, mangueras, racores


o en el mismo cilindro.
 Inspección de presión de operación. Si varía de acuerdo a la configuración de la fábrica,
regular y dejar observación en la hoja de vida del equipo.
 Inspección de indicador de saturación de filtro de retorno. Si marca en la zona roja
cambiar de inmediato el elemento filtrante.

 Cambio de filtro de retorno según p/n en lista de componentes.

CADA AÑO / MANTENIMIENTO GENERAL DE CONDICIONES BÁSICAS

 Limpieza general.
 Lavado de filtro de succión.
 Verificación de todas las mangueras y conexiones, reemplazo de aquellas que
presenten deterioro o fuga.
 Verificación de correcto funcionamiento de electroválvulas.
 Cambio de empaquetaduras de válvulas direccionales y modulares.
 Cambio de filtro de retorno.
 Drenado de totalidad del aceite, limpieza del tanque de sedimentos y micro-filtrado del
aceite a 3 micras.
 Toma de muestra de aceite y análisis químico completo en laboratorio, revisión de
oxidación, aditivos, metales de desgaste y nivel de conteo de partículas de acuerdo a
norma ISO 4406:99. Se recomienda siempre buscar un nivel de filtración mínimo
de 20/16/13.
 Verificación de ausencia de fugas externas en cilindro, en caso de presentarse reparar.
 Verificación de ausencia de fugas internas en cilindro (paso entre recámaras), en caso
de presentarse reparar.

Todas estas actividades se sugieren que sean realizadas por personal idóneo y capacitado en
el manejo de energía hidráulica.
Se sugiere también dejar registro en la hoja de vida del equipo.

la fecha de la factura.
 Ofrecemos garantía de procedencia, todos los elementos suministrados y que han sido
importados, han sido adquiridos con toda la reglamentación legal de aduanas vigente
en el país.
 No ofrecemos garantía sobre las partes eléctricas.
 La garantía está sujeta a una correcta operación y mantenimiento del equipo, los
cilindros hidráulicos deben estar correctamente alineados.
 En caso de solicitar alguna garantía INGEFET SAS tendrá 5 días hábiles para la
evaluación de la misma y entrega de una respuesta por escrito.
 Solamente nuestro personal técnico podrá desarmar y diagnosticar los elementos
vendidos o reparados, en caso de que algún elemento sea desarmado sin la
autorización escrita de INGEFET SAS, dicho elemento perderá la garantía.

GAUGE ISOLATOR NEEDLE VALVES IN LINE

The FT290 isolator needle valves (in line) are normally used to protect
the pressure gauge since they have the double function of dampening
pressure surge during opening and of isolating the pressure gauge entirely.

FT 290
Pressed in high-resistance steel, protected by an accurate treatment,
subjected to strict tests, they ensure reliability and long life.
A rotating swivel nut allows for accurate pressure gauge orientation.
The sealing, standard supplied, and inserted in the nut, prevents any
drawing between the connection and the gauge.
For pressure gauge with taper threads, it will be necessary to use copper
washers FT 1201 shown on page 182 of this catalogue (to be requested
separately). Suitable for pressure up to 400 bar and temperature
from -20° to +100° they can be panel mounted by use of log nut (G),
supplied on request.
