1 Introducción
Econsole1 es un completo software de consola de procesamiento de imágenes digitales
especializado para los detectores de rayos X digitales de las series FLAATZ y EVS
desarrollado por DRTECH Co, Ltd.
EConsole1 proporciona la mejor solución de procesamiento de imágenes para imágenes
de calidad afinada al integrarse con el generador de rayos X y el detector digital.
EConsole1 no solo procesa las imágenes adquiridas sino que también cumple con los
estándares DICOM que permiten al usuario transmitir y recibir datos con el sistema
PACS e imprimir imágenes a través de la impresora DICOM.

2 Requirimientos

2.2 Requisitos del Sistema para Econsole1
La tabla proporciona las especificaciones mínimas recomendadas para el sistema

operativo que ejecuta Econsole1. Todas las especificaciones están sujetas a cambios sin
previo aviso.

3 Vista preliminar
3.1 Arranque del programa
Para ejecutar el programa, haga doble clic en el icono

[Econsole1] en el escritorio o seleccione "Econsole1" en el
"Menú de Windows" - "Todos los programas" -
"Econsole1".

Aparecerá una ventana de inicio de sesión como se ve en la [Figura 4] si el programa se inicia

correctamente.

Introduzca el ID y la contraseña y haga clic en el icono [Iniciar sesión].
Si ingresa una ID o contraseña no válida, aparecerá una "Ventana de error" como se
muestra en la [Figura 5] y no podrá iniciar sesión.

3.2 Pantalla principal del programa
Verá la pantalla principal de Econsole1 como en la [Figura 6] después de iniciar sesión.

3.2.1 Pestañas de Función
Se pueden encontrar dos iconos de pestañas en la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla

principal como en la [Figura 7]

Las funciones de estas pestañas son las siguientes.
- Gestionar la lista de trabajo y la lista de estudios.

 Worklist: Lista de pacientes.
 Lista de estudios: Lista de estudios examinados.
- Consulte 4. Lista para obtener más detalles.
- Realizar proyección de rayos X del paciente seleccionado en
la Lista de trabajo
- Revisar el estudio examinado del paciente seleccionado en la
Lista de estudios.
- Consulte 5. Examen para obtener más detalles.
3.2.2 Indicador de estado
La barra de visualización de estado se puede encontrar en la parte inferior de la pantalla

principal como en la [Figura].

① Indicador de estado Hardware & Conexión
Muestra el estado del hardware y el estado de la conexión entre equipos.
Muestra el modo de adquisición actual configurado en el detector
[FLAATZ-600]
- Modo AED
- Modo switch box

Haga clic en este icono para cambiar el modo. Puede cambiar la

configuración predeterminada utilizando ECali1. (ECali1 - Configuración -
Detector X - Modo de exposición)
Secuencia de cambio de modo.
 Caja de interruptores USB: Caja de interruptores USB <-> AED
 Activador de sincronización: Activador de sincronización <->
 AED : AED: solo AED
Muestra el estado de la conexión y el espacio disponible que
queda en el disco duro conectado actualmente. El número
mostrado indica el disco duro restante capacidad.
Muestra el estado de la conexión (encendido / apagado) con el

detector de rayos X. [EVS4343, EVS3643, EVS2430]
Muestra la temperatura.
Muestra el estado de la conexión con el servidor de

almacenamiento. Al hacer clic en este icono, aparecerá una
ventana emergente. Puede cambiar la configuración de PACS o
realizar una prueba en la nueva ventana. La interfaz de usuario es
muy similar al menú de configuración de PACS. .
Consulte 6.8.3 PACS para obtener más detalles.
Muestra el estado de la conexión con la impresora DICOM.
Mostrar el estado de la conexión con la lista de trabajo de

modalidad Servidor.

Muestra la duración restante de la batería en la conexión
inalámbrica.

La batería está en carga inalámbrica.

Muestra la intensidad de la señal del detector conectado de forma

inalámbrica.
Muestra el estado de la conexión con el servidor MPPS.
② Fecha y hora actual & Información de inicio de sesión
 Muestra la fecha, hora y nombre de usuario actuales.

 Puede finalizar el programa haciendo clic en el icono [Cerrar sesión].
③ Configuración
 Abre la “ventana de configuración” para varios ajustes.

 Ver 6. Configuración para más detalles.
4 Lista
La pestaña Lista muestra las listas de pacientes y estudios, que se pueden dividir en dos
categorías como se describe a continuación.
 Lista de trabajo (antes del examen)

 Visualice la lista de pacientes a examinar.
 Puede agregar / editar / eliminar pacientes en la lista.
 Puede seleccionar al paciente de la lista para continuar con el examen.
 Cuando ejecute Econsole1 Vet por primera vez, se le pedirá que configure la
longitud de la lista. La configuración se guardará automáticamente.
 Consulte 4.1 Lista de trabajo para obtener más detalles.
 Lista de estudios (examen posterior)

 Mostrar los estudios examinados.
 Puede editar y eliminar los estudios examinados de la lista.
Nota: Los cambios como editar y eliminar imágenes en la lista no afectarán los datos en
el servidor PACS.
 Puede transmitir imágenes examinadas al servidor PACS.
 Consulte 4.2 Lista de estudios para obtener más detalles.
 ¡Tenga en cuenta!
 La información de la lista de trabajo y la lista de estudios se almacena en el
almacenamiento local (HDD) como configuración predeterminada.
 Cada vez que se ejecuta Econsole1, se recupera una nueva lista de trabajo del
servidor de listas de trabajo y se almacena en el almacenamiento local.
 Solo los contenidos de la lista que se editan y eliminan en Econsole1 Vet afectan
al almacenamiento local por defecto. Sin embargo, los registros editados pueden
transmitirse al servidor PACS mediante el comando "Enviar".
4.1Lista de trabajo
Visualice la lista de pacientes. La lista se muestra haciendo clic en el icono [Lista de trabajo]
en el lado superior izquierdo de la pestaña Lista.
4.1.1 Pantalla principal de la lista de trabajo
La pantalla principal de la Lista de trabajo es como se ve en la [Figura 9].

① Lista de Pacientes
 Los tipos de información se indican en la [Tabla 2].

 La información mostrada así como su orden se pueden configurar en
"Configuración".
 Haga clic o arrastre el nombre del tipo de información (ID, Nombre, etc.) para
cambiar el orden.

 Selección de paciente en la lista de trabajo.

 Haga clic en el paciente para seleccionar .
 El paciente seleccionado se muestra en azul.
 El paciente se puede editar y eliminar después de la selección.
• La proyección se puede realizar en la pestaña Examen haciendo doble clic en

el paciente seleccionado.
• Además pude clicar el icono [Examen] después de seleccionar un paciente
especifico para realizer la proyección. Ver 5. Examen para más detalles.
②Barra de búsqueda & ícono de actualización
 Barra de busqueda

• Busque el valor ingresado, como Paciente, ID, Nombre y Número de acceso en la
Lista de trabajo (cuando se selecciona "Base de consulta de modalidad" en las
opciones de Configuración)
• Busque el valor ingresado en el servidor de Lista de trabajo que ha seleccionado el

valor ingresado como Base. (cuando se selecciona "Base de consultas del paciente"
en las opciones de configuración)
• Si hace clic en el icono [Buscar] después de ingresar el valor a buscar, solo las obras
relevantes se mostrarán en la lista.
• Si hace clic en el icono [Buscar] sin ingresar un valor específico, aparecerá una
"Ventana de búsqueda avanzada".
 Ventana de busqueda avanzada
• Busqueda especificando múltiples opciones para buscar simultáneamente.

•
 Icono refresco
• Recuperar pacientes registrados recientemente del servidor PACS.
③ Iconos Añadir / Editar / Borrar

Agregue un nuevo paciente. Al hacer clic en el ícono, aparecerá una

"Ventana Agregar examen". Consulte 4.1.2 Agregar ventana de
Añadir examen para obtener más detalles.
Edite la información del paciente seleccionado en la Lista de trabajo.

Esta función solo está disponible para la información del paciente que ha sido
agregada por Econosole1. Al hacer clic en este icono después de seleccionar el
paciente, aparecerá una "Ventana de edición".
Consulte 4.1.4 Ventana de edición para obtener más detalles.
Editar
Elimina el paciente seleccionado.

Esta función solo está disponible para la información del paciente que
ha sido agregada por Econosole1.
Borrar
Importar el archivo de Excel a la lista de trabajo

Consulte 4.1.5 Importación de Excel para obtener más detalles.
Excel importar
Guarde la lista de pacientes en el detector.
Esta función solo funciona con FLAATZ600, EVS3643 y EVS2430W.
El modo CR del EVS2430W está disponible a través de esta función portátil

Portatil
de Econsole1.

④ Examen
 Cambie a la pestaña Examen para examinar al paciente seleccionado.

4.1.2 Añadir Ventana de Examen
Aparece una "Ventana Agregar examen" al hacer clic en el icono tal y como
se muestra a continuación [Figura 11].
① Información de Paciente
La información del paciente se ingresa de acuerdo con la categoría descrita en [Tabla].

② Emergencia
 Al hacer clic en este icono, los valores predeterminados se ingresan automáticamente

como ID y Número de acceso y cambia a la pestaña Examen.
③ Informacíon de la Proyección
 Muestra la información relative a la proyección 

 Si inicialmente no se proporciona información. Configure la información de proyección haciendo clic en el código RIS
registrado o en el icono Editar.


④ Editar
 Abra una "Ventana de edición de proyección" donde se puede ingresar la información de la proyección.
 Consulte 4.1.3 Editar proyección para obtener más detalles.
⑤ OK
 Guarde al paciente con la información ingresada y cierre la ventana.
⑥ Examan
 Guarde al paciente con la información ingresada y cambie directamente a la pestaña

Examen para su examen.
 Ver capitulo 5. Exam para más detalles.
⑦ Cancelar
 Cancela el trabajo y Cierra la ventana.
* Tenga en cuenta que!
Si se registran varias proyecciones para un solo paciente, cada proyección recibe un

número de acceso diferente [Figura 12].

Haga clic en el icono [Aceptar] para registrar cada proyección para dos estudios
separados en la Lista de trabajo como se ve en la [Figura 13]

Para registrar proyecciones como un solo estudio, los números de acceso para cada
proyección deben modificarse por igual antes de hacer clic en el icono [Aceptar] como
se ve en la [Figura 14]

4.1.3 Venta de edición de proyección
La "Ventana de edición de proyección" aparecerá al hacer clic en el icono [Editar].
① Información anatómica
 Seleccionar la region anatómica a examinar.

• La proyección y la posición se determinan en función de la región anatómica
seleccionada.
 El tipo de receptor se cambiará haciendo clic en los iconos a continuación

 Proyección específica así como selección de posición en la región seleccionada en

Anatomía.
③ Añadir
 Registre la información de proyección, posición y tipo de receptor configurada

actualmente.
 La proyección, la posición y el tipo de receptor configurados actualmente también se
registran al hacer clic en la posición seleccionada.
④ Información de proyección registrada
 Muestra la lista de proyección, posición y tipo de receptor registrados.

 El tipo de receptor se puede cambiar haciendo doble clic en la posición en modo dual.
⑤ Icono de edición de secuencia de información de proyección
 Cambia el orden de las proyecciones en la lista.

⑥ Eliminar
 Elimina el item seleccionado.
⑦ OK
 Salva y Cierra la ventana.
⑧ Cancelar
 Cancela y Cierra la ventana.
4.1.4 Ventana de Editar
La "Ventana de edición" aparecerá al seleccionar un estudio de la Lista de trabajo y luego

hacer clic en icono de editar.
Nota: La "Ventana de edición" no se activa si la información del estudio se recupera del

servidor PACS.

 Edite la información del (los) radiógrafo (s) y el (los) paciente (s).

 Se ingresa la información del estudio descrita en la [Tabla 5] a continuación.

4.1.5 Ventana de importación de Excel
① Creaa una lista de pacientes
 Utilice la plantilla que se encuentra en 'ruta instalada \ Config \ Worklist_sample.xlsx'

para crear una lista de pacientes.
② Limitación
 Puede seleccionar el sexo del paciente entre 'M', 'F' y 'U'.

 El formato de Fecha de nacimiento y Fecha de estudio es 'MM / DD / AAAA'. No se
proporciona ningún otro formato.
 El formato de Hora de nacimiento y Hora de estudio es 'HH: MM: SS'. No se proporciona
ningún otro formato.
③ Importar de Excel
 Haga clic en [Importar Excel] y cargue el archivo.
4.2 Lista de Estudios
Muestra la lista de estudios examinados. Al hacer clic en el icono [Lista de estudios] en la

parte superior de la pantalla, se activará la lista de estudios.
4.2.1 Pantalla principal de la lista de estudios
La pantalla principal de la lista de estudios se muestra en la figura 17.
① Lista de pacientes examinados
 Mostrar la lista de información de los pacientes examinados.
• Cada fila representa la información de un paciente y una ID puede tener varios estudios.
• La columna de la lista se puede cambiar arrastrando los nombres de las categorías (por
ejemplo, ID, Nombre, etc.).
 La altura de la lista se puede ajustar usando [tecla Ctrl] + rueda del mouse o usando [tecla
Ctrl] + [tecla de flecha].

 Selección de Paciente
• El paciente puede ser seleccionado clicando con el botón izquierdo de ratón.
• El paciente seleccionado se resalta en azul. En "Lista de pacientes examinados" y "Lista de estudios examinados
por paciente", un estudio activado se resalta en un color más oscuro, mientras que un estudio inactivo se
resalta en un color más claro.
• Los pacientes seleccionados se pueden editar o eliminar.
② Examined Study List per Patient
 Mostrar información detallada del estudio del paciente seleccionado en la "Lista de pacientes
examinados".

③ Miniaturas
 Mostrar las imágenes del paciente seleccionado.

 Se agrega una marca de verificación a la miniatura de las imágenes seleccionadas, para
abrir o transmitir las imágenes
• La miniatura se puede seleccionar haciendo doble clic en ella.
 Las imágenes transmitidas al servidor PACS se muestran con contornos verdes.
 1/1: Número de serie / Número de imagen
④ Barra de busqueda & Icono de refresco
 Barra de busqueda
 Busca ls valores de ID de paciente, Nombre y Número de registro en la lista
depacientes.
 Si clica el icono de búsqueda después de ingresar el valor a buscar, solo las

obras relevantes se mostrarán en la lista.
 Icono de refresco
 Renovar la lista para mostrar los últimos resultados.

If currently using version has bugs, please contact CS team so that CS team send you an
update (patch) installer.
If you receive the update installer file, please run the provided setup file.

9 Appendix C. Stitching
Stitching provides the ability to automatically align images taken from multiple sites and
one of the features that combine Images.
 Support up to 4 mages.
 Set SID as 180cm.
 When performing the projection, please minimize the
patient's movements.
Caution
 When performing the projection, please make sure that
the overlapping area is at least 10cm.
 Please note there may be errors in automatic
alignment according to projection environment.
In order to perform the stitching function, you should select the projection in following two
ways.
 WHOLE SPINE
 LONG BONE

Same projection – After acquiring the images to be stitched, press the toolbar icon.
A ‘Stitching Window’ will pop-up. Then images that are used for stitching will be
automatically sorted.
Stitching screen is split into three areas.
 Thumbnail
 Display an image that can be used for stitching.
 Image Viewer
 Display aligned the images automatically.
 Toolbar
 A collection of icons and buttons that let you perform various commands.
Common course of stitching are as follows.

11 Appendix E. Gain Calibration
Please perform gain calibration every 6 months in order to avoid any abnormal effects.
11.1 Preparation
- Aging for 20 minutes before starting calibration

- Fully open Collimator to cover X-ray on the whole detector area.
- Put an Acryl Phantom (4cm) on Bucky.
- Set Grid type as “None” in ECali1 configuration. (When Grid Line Pattern appears, set
Grid Type depending on the product model)
11.2 Calibration Procedure
* Check the radiation field and clear Acryl Phantom as well as Bucky before calibration.
* If the Mean values of every image have more than 300Gy difference, you have to re- take
images.
1. Run Ecali1
2. Select the detector to perform the Gain Calibration from the Detector Menu. (Tool bar
→ Detector)

3. Select Gain Map Calibration from the Tool bar or select the shortcut icon.

4. When a notification message appears, select [OK]

5. ECali1 alerts whether the radiation dose is appropriate or whether it should be

automatically calculated. Proceed by selecting [OK].
* Set OP console manually (approx. 28kVp 80mAs)

* Mean value should be 2,200 ~ 2,500Gy.

6. A main screen will appear. Proceed with the X-ray projection at this point in order to
acquire an image.

7. The program automatically determines the appropriateness of the X-ray radiation dose
when the image is acquired.

8. If provided with a notification of low radiation dose, please select [OK] then increase
the X-ray radiation dose and re-project.

9. A notification will also appear if the X-ray radiation dose is high. Please select [OK]
then reduce the X-ray radiation dose and re-project.
10. If the X-ray radiation dose is appropriate, please select [OK] and proceed with the
projections

11. A notification informing the requirement of 7 images will appear. The required number
of images may be set in Configuration. Select [OK] and proceed with the projections of 7
images.

12. Wait until the next designated projection is ready after the initial projection.

13. The next projection will take place after the projection standby timer (60 seconds)
disappears. The projection standby time may be set in Configuration.
14. The Gain Calibration results are automatically saved as Gain Map (*.GMP) when all
required images are projected and the existing files are backed-up.

3.1 Arranque del programa

Para ejecutar el programa, haga doble clic en el icono

Muestra el estado del hardware y el estado de la conexión entre equipos.

Muestra el modo de adquisición actual configurado en el detector
