Zine Art is fanart printed on the covers or interiors of fanzines. Over time, different fanzine cultures and traditions arose, and they have used fanart in different ways. Technology and price have often been limiting factors. In the age of the Internet, zines and zine art can be either digital or print, encouraging the spread of new genres, styles, and distribution methods.
