ACTIVITY
after acceptance, you have 24 hours to send in an account. once your follow has been posted, you must pass the ‘initial’ activity check, in which you have 48 hours to post an intro & 1x ic per muse.
activity consists of you posting 2x ic per muse every week. activity checks are run sunday to saturday. warnings will be posted saturdays at 12pm mst & roles will be reopened on sunday at 12pm mst if no action is taken. ( musing posts and being active in the discord do not count towards activity. )
when you are placed on an activity check, you may request a 24hr extension. before you are permitted to take an extended hiatus, you must have passed the initial check.
CHARACTERS & FACECLAIMS
this group follows the 1:1 rule, though your first muse must be a bifcoc. you can apply for only one muse right off the bat and once you pass an activity check, you may add a second that must be on a different crew with a different position. if we notice that your muses of color are being put on the back burner, action will be taken. we can’t force you to have muse for a character, but our goal is to maintain diversity and uplift underrepresented people so please keep this in mind before applying.
faceclaims and muses must be 21+. our general rule for agebending is following the age of the resources you’re using. for example, using devon aoki in 2 fast 2 furious ( 2003 ) would make her 21 instead of 42. just be sure to follow the rules of the gif maker ! the starting rule for banned fcs is if they are underage, deceased, have serious allegations against them, or have expressed discomfort with being used.
please be sure that your first muse blog is a brand new main one ! afterwards, your second may be on a sideblog. mumu blogs are also allowed.

please note that this group is set in the mid 2000s, specifically 2007. you don’t have to know every little detail about what was going on at the time and it’s okay if you get something wrong, but make sure what you’re writing isn’t totally out of left field !
in character drama is heavily encouraged ! however, out of character drama will not be tolerated. if you ever feel uncomfortable, please come to us off anon. the mains ims are always open and we’ll do our absolute best to keep this a safe space. let it be known though that racism, lgbtphobia, etc. will result in immediate removal from the group.
godmodding, bubble rping, and forcing ships are not permitted. most major plots are allowed, but please run them by us first so we can make sure that we don’t have too much of the same thing happening.
before making your own open starter, you must reply to at least one in the tag. when posting a starter call, please make an effort to write one for everyone who reacted or make a group starter. additionally, all posts should be cut.
gifs are loved, but not mandatory. if you do decide to use them, they should be medium sized.
CHARACTER BEHAVIOR
before proceeding with major plots, please reach out to an admin for confirmation that the plot itself makes sense. when considering what qualifies as a major plot, use this question as a guideline: will this plot change how more than 50% of the group perceives my muse (ic)?
a character’s actions will have direct consequences to how they are perceived in-character. it will also have an impact on how much crew leaders trust them. please keep this in mind when taking on plots that are likely to have negative outcomes/perceptions.
