Recipe: Nutella brownies

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup Nutella
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 8-inch round or square pan with parchment if you have it, but don't get too upset if you don't. Either way, generously grease the pan.
Break the eggs into a larger bowl than you think you'll need.
Whip them for several minutes, until they are tripled in volume and pale yellow. You can do this in a blender, a mixer or a whisk. Just don't quit until the eggs have really transformed.
Meanwhile, measure out the Nutella and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir it, then microwave another 20 seconds. It should be easy to stir.
Gently fold the 1/3 of the Nutella into the eggs, then repeat the process with the remaining thirds. You want to incorporate the Nutella without losing the lightness of the eggs.
Pour the batter into the pan, and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
Let cool, and remove from pan. Top with a dusting of powdered sugar, or enjoy plain.
