My client Jade lost 10lbs in her FIRST month of our program, and I’m gonna tell you EXACTLY what she did so YOU can do it too.

Let’s get it ↓↓↓

1. Drink 1 gallon of water/day. No exceptions, please and thank you. Put some kiwi, strawberries, and lime in there if you don’t want to drink plain water. 

2. Go for a 1 hr walk every other day. Fast paced. And do it outside. (Don’t ask lol)

3. Prioritize Protein. So eat enough protein for breakfast, lunch, dinner and your snacks. EVERY MEAL has to have some protein. I’m not joking. 

4. Exercise at home 3 days/week. You d Prioritize Protein, Protein For Breakfast, Eat Enough, Exercise At Home, Plain Water, Spill The Tea, Ig Account, Water Day, Gallon Of Water
