Great for sweet or savory dishes and perfect for these little baked cheese boregs! I have another version of this using different cheese and phyllo dough! The cheese you use in this can be changed to whatever you prefer. You can use a combination of cheeses. Ackawi, mozzarella, queso blanco, feta, Picnik, or Jack would work great! Recipe ⬇️
Ingredients-
Puff pastry sheet (thawed)
1 cup cheese of your choice. I used feta.
1 tsp @momcavefoods mild Aleppo pepper
Handful chopped parsley
1 egg plus a Tbsp of water whisked together
Nigella seeds
Sesame seeds
Flour for dusting workspace

Preheat oven to 375
Combine feta, Alepp Using Puff Pastry, Aleppo Pepper, Nigella Seeds, Easy Cheese, Baked Cheese, Phyllo Dough, Savory Dishes, Puff Pastry Sheets, Holiday Menus
