Instead of the usual crispy wonton outside, I used crispy rice as the base 😍 Also! if you missed my other crispy rice recipe from last week, definitely check that one out too! I hope y’all enjoy ✨ Crab topping: 5-6 oz cream cheese (room temp) 4 imitation crab sticks (chopped) 1 tsp worcestershire 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp sugar of choice 2 tbsp green onions (chopped) -Stir everything together and then place 1-2 tbsp on top of each crispy rice. Christy Nguyen on Instagram: "Crab and Scallop Sushi bake recipe  3 cups imitation crab meat or real crab if you’re fancy  1 lb of frozen bay scallops or shrimp (defrosted) 6 oz softened cream cheese 1/2 cup Japanese kewpie Mayo   4 cups cooked rice  3 tbsp rice vinegar  1 tbsp mirin  Pinch of salt   4 tbsp Furikake seasoning  Sriracha  Roasted Seaweed sheets  Avocado slices   Cook your rice, I cook mine with a tad less water so the rice isn’t too wet.  Mix imitation crab, scallops, cream cheese, kewpie Mayo and Masago together.   Combine vinegar, mirin and salt in small bowl and pour this over the cooked rice.   In a baking pan (9x13), add the cooked rice, 1/2 of furikake seasoning then the crab/scallop mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Optional for a little crispy top - Scallop Sushi, Sushi Bake Recipe, Crab Rice, Crab Sushi, Bay Scallops, Roasted Seaweed, Kewpie Mayo, Sushi Bake, Cooked Rice

You guys loved the recipe for salmon sushi cups & the crispy rice salad so much, I wanted to try to combine the two ideas. This recipe is intermediate & I say that because I wish I tried with silicone muffin holders, which would definitely make it easier to get the cups out after baking. It’s a little tricky the way I did it, but definitely still delicious! 

Ingredients
•12 oz regular or imitation crab, chopped
•1/2 C cream cheese
•1/4 C sour cream
•1/2 t worcestershire sauce
•2 t soy sauce
•3 T chives, chopped 
•1 t garlic powder
•pinch salt
