This killer arm workout will leave you feeling lean and toned in no time- 8 moves, superset style, in 30 mins or less 💃🏻

💪🏼Toned Arms Workout💪🏼: complete each move in superset for recommended reps back to back without rest. After completing both moves, rest, and repeat superset 3x before moving on to next superset.

💪🏼Superset #1: 
Alternating press (12 reps total)
Arnold press (12 reps)
