If you don't respect your peers, it is impossible to build relationships. Relationships are essential in my Utopia. Training with your brothers builds relationships and will help build respect with one another. Training hard and eating a thriving diet will earn you the respect here.

So I've been dealing with a lot of self esteem issues lately. I spoke to a very wise friend of mine and I will never forget what he said "remember you are the prize". I thought about that a lot. So much so that I made this little graphic. So if you're dealing with something (or someone) that makes you feel less than, just remember you are the prize.
