Primrose painting

Purple Primrose 1 Oil on Gessobord 6 x 6 The primroses I've collected over the last few weeks have been merrily blooming their little hearts out next to my front door. I couldn't let this valiant effort go unrecognized. I am sad to report, though, that a few nights ago I set several of them next to my sidewalk to catch some rain. The rain beat those poor little flowers to a pulp. Who would've thought? Next year I'll know better.
