Craving kebabs but want to skip the meat? This soya shaami kabab is packed with protein & made with minimal oil. This recipe enhances the authentic taste of traditional Shami Kabab and also feels much lighter and is VEG and I bet you won’t miss the meat. Try it out !

Ingredients-
Soya - 2 cups soaked
Onions - 1 finely chopped
Green chillies - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch finely chopped
Mint - 1/2 tsp chopped 
Coriander 1tbsp chopped 
Jeera powder 1tsp 
Coriander powder 1tsp 
Garam masala 1tsp 
Salt to taste 
1 bread slice soaked in a little bit of milk and then grated or broken into very small pcs. 
Roasted channa atta or besan 1-2tbsp 
Ghee to cook 

Garnish - mint, lemon and chutney if you like

Rinse boiled 2 Cups soya chunks 3-4 times and squeeze the chunks thoroughly to remove any excess water and moisture.
1 Large Chopped Onion🧅 
5-6 Green Chillies 🌶️ 
Handful Coriander leaves 🍃 
1/2 inch Ginger🫚 
7-8 Garlic cloves 🧄 
Little Salt🧂 
Blend 
Add 3 tbsp Rice flour 
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder 
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste 
Combine well & Shape it
Deep fry / Shallow fry or Air fry
