Kassidy Callori on Instagram: "MED BALL STABILITY! This is a great core stability workout that I did the other night after the sauna, cold plunge, and then an upper body workout. I forgot a sports bra, so I was working out in my bathing suit, which I don’t recommend. 😆

Here I’m using an 8-pound Medball. Complete 12 reps of each exercise and do three circuits.

Pat Heard on Instagram: "Using LIGHT weights for shoulder stability, upper back, and arms 💪🏻 ~ this always leads you to some conversation… not everyone can or wants to lift heavy weights, and while lots of trainers will say you NEED to lift heavy weights for results, I don’t believe that’s true. I enjoy and do both!! Not looking to build muscle with this set of exercises, but stabilize, strengthen and tone the shoulders and arms while keeping good mobility and range of motion in the upper body too. These are only 2 pound weights but I’m engaging lots of muscles with these exercises- and I can feel it. In fact you can use no weights at all!! Hinge forward from the hip, keep belly tightly braced, and eyes forward. If you don’t have a ball (its purpose is to stay slightly elevated and it do Mini Workouts, Arm Lift, Heavy Weight Lifting, Heavy Weights, Lift Heavy, Build Muscle, Say You, Upper Body, Muscles
