A newly made teapot, leather hard and freshly trimmed, spouted and handled. Small, as I’ve been craving the need to make such vessels, and almost finished. Although, there’s one last thing I want to do, and that’s carve the handle so that it’s thinner and finer, with less mass towards the top join to create a sleeker profile, hell, maybe the spout will get carved too, let’s see. It’s excessive finishing perhaps, but the additional clay removed once these two adjoined appendages have dried…
