These are some of my favourite birth prep exercises for my 2nd & 3rd trimester girlies 🤰🏻😅. 

The aim of these exercises is to open up the pelvis by gently stretching all of the muscles around the pelvis and lower back. The pelvis is usually quite a rigid structure but during pregnancy with all of the hormonal changes the pelvis has the ability to move and open by upto 30% with these types of movements 💪🏼😀.

A more mobile pelvis, means more space for baby to find a better position for a natural birth, and a much smoother transition through the birth canal 🐣💖.

These can be started at anytime during pregnancy but should be done regularly from 34 weeks onwards.
