I have also been asked by many whether this recipe can be converted to Yudane Method. I don't encourage using Yudane Method for sweet potato bread it is because it will make the texture too moist. Potato starch also absorbs more water than wheat starch and this makes the bread texture more moist and have better shelf live. So, it does not need yudane dough.
