Recipe ingredients and tips

Modak dough:
Basmati rice flour 2 cups
Water 2cups
Desi ghee 1tbsp
Salt to taste

Mix the dough in boiling water, then switch off the flame, cover it, and keep it covered for 10 minutes. After that, knead the dough until it becomes soft.

Saran :
Grated coconut 200gms
Jaggery 250gms
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Nutmeg 1pinch
Desi ghee 20gms
