PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES
Rich and creamy pumpkin cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust. It’s the perfect combination!
Hawai’i Style Sweet & Sour Spareribs made in the Instant Pot
With some spareribs and a few pantry staples, I was able to whip this meal up in 30 minutes. The combination of sweet, sour, and savory is so delicious. I usually don’t care for pineapples in my food (especially pizza😣!), but the sweetness and acidity gives it such an amazing balance of flavors. Sweet and sour spareribs has been a favorite of mine since childhood. I hope you try this recipe out!
HAWAI’I STYLE OXTAIL SOUP
Tender oxtail meat in a comforting broth seasoned with ginger, citrus, and star anise. It’s cooked in the Instant Pot to cut the cooking time in half.

Korean Strawberry Milk with Sago
Korean Strawberry Milk with Sago is a strawberry flavored milk made with fresh puréed strawberries and sweetened with sugar or honey. I also added a little drizzle of condensed milk for more creaminess. The sago is totally optional but was inspired by an awesome food blogger @thesubversivetable. I decided to give it a try and my kids went crazy over it!
Honey Garlic Chicken
Honey Garlic Chicken can be dinner in less than 30 minutes! Crispy pieces of fried chicken smothered in a sticky sweet garlic, soy, and honey sauce. So easy and yummy! Save this so you won’t forget.
Hawai’i Local Style Garlic Shrimp
The endless lines at the food trucks for garlic shrimp is totally worth the wait! But if you don’t live in Hawai’i or aren’t visiting anytime soon, you can easily make it at home. Here’s a simple version I came up with and shared on IG a couple years ago. This was when the pandemic started and all of our local restaurants/food trucks were temporarily closed. My family and I missed eating at our favorite local joints, so I did my best to recreate recipes at home. This garlic shrimp dish was a hug
HURRICANE POPCORN
Hurricane popcorn is our family’s favorite movie snack. So buttery, crunchy and packed with umami flavors. You can definitely use microwaveable popcorn, but nothing beats freshly popped popcorn.
CRISPY CAKE NOODLES
This crispy cake noodle recipe is so satisfying! I love the crunch from the noodles with the savory gravy poured all over it. This dish is also very versatile. Instead of chicken, you can add seafood instead or keep it vegetarian and omit the meat and use vegetable broth. So 'ono any way it’s made!
