horses originate from the Dynamo Destination Co’s “Kentaurus Derby” enterprise, a jotnar-class interstellar cruise ship that included hotels, shopping, multiple casinos, and the central Derby Circuit that boasted both modded and non-modded horse races on the hour.

The derby park and casino underwent an expensive a ‘Wild West’ retheming in its tenth anniversary that included top-line new spatial compression technologies. These expanded the interior dimensions of the ship without a costly refurbishment of the exterior dimensions, allowing the addition of a 'Blazing Saddles Comet Trail’ pony ride attraction and theme park.

Spatial compression was novel, prior uses being in stationary or orbital habitats serving no more than 5 people (generally researchers) for one year or less. The 'pocket’ of extra space is entirely dependent on a stable power source, and must be assembled and disassembled while the framework is powered on. A failure in power will merge all the pocket’s contents into the compact point in space it was constructed in.

A common issue when making interstellar hops (a temporary compression of space, rather than a longterm one) is brief power outages.

My hope is to have the discord run as a free archive/sketchbook that’s a little less public that twitter and a little less intimidating than one-on-one DMs. I struggle with communication and a large audience, I think, and I’m testing this out as a middle ground. I’ll still post on tumblr though!

I think it would also be cool if I could use this as a way to thank paid patreon members with like, free raffles of physical art pieces bc I don’t do a lot of shows/like selling my stuff, etc etc. I have a pile of unfinished zines and stuff I’d like to dig out and start archiving too!
