The phrase "that being said" is often used to kind of soften something that is being said in a critical way, like with these examples:

"It seems like you're often behind schedule with your projects, but that being said, you do excellent work."

"You always drive so fast that it's frightening, but that being said, at least you get us to our appointments on time!"

"I know you're somewhat unhappy that I make more money than you, but that being said, you're certainly much better at saving it than I am."

You can also think of "that being said" as having somewhat the same meaning as another common phrase, "on the other hand."

When i hear a sentence with human being My mind already understands it doesn’t matter all those details, it is just a bipod (two legs) is a species if animal.

“I’m human.” is used a lot when people are criticizing you for making mistakes. It’s like “I’m human, everyone makes mistakes.”
But “I’m a human being” sounds much more scientific. It sounds like you’re just stating the fact that you’re not an alien. There’s no emotional attachment to it.

photo is a shortened version of "photograph" and most people use it instead of photograph nowadays
